Position : Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant/ Developer

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Ability to Participate in the requirement gathering workshop
  • Ability to provide ETA during the discovery phase on certain task of the project
  • Ability to customize configure the Dynamics CRM Customer Engagement processes
  • Ability to interpret Business requirements into the technical requirements
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SQL server & Reporting Services
  • Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver the Proof of concepts for initial pre-sales stage of the project
  • Ability to analyze the existing CRM processes and provide the better design solution options where required

Position: Human Resource Administrator

Purpose : The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to company in the delivery of a professional and customer focused HR service to all customer across the board

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain manual and computerize HR records
  • Work on various management reports
  • Co-ordinate corporate and individual induction events
  • Co-ordinate and administrate all recruitment activities
  • Maintain employee’s leaves and sickness records
  • To be able to answer general enquiries related to product
