Led the design and delivery of citizen-facing portals with secure single sign-on, mobile Power Apps for frontline staff, and AI-driven workflows to reduce administrative burden. Built and supported critical systems for pandemic response and refugee housing programmes, while modernising DevOps practices and improving long-term solution sustainability.
